Nancy Spungeon is found to have bled to dead today on 12 October 1978 in Chelsea Hotel from what appears to be a stab wound in her abdomen. Sid Vicious is arrested as a suspect to help the police on the investigation of Nancy Spungeon’s murder. Sid was so strung out from the night’s drugs binge that he could not recall what exactly happened and did not know who murdered Nancy. He later confess that it could have been him but has no reconciliation to how it happened.
